I think the services offered are great, particularly the weekly cleaner + delivery of supplies. I think the selection process meant that we all, as a household, got on really well and it was great to have a peaceful 6 months of tenancy! Rachael and Paul have been very responsive when issues have arisen, and it definitely makes all the difference. The house was fantastic, and I daresay the nicest house I have lived in during 8 years of renting various locations, both student and private.
